Guest house on Gillian Unit 1

Great property, amazing value for money. I definitely won’t mind visiting again.

I didn’t really see any staff. If we needed help we probably would have struggled getting it but luckily we didn’t.

The unit was very nice. We only stayed for one night, but would be a great place for longer stays. We would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Ballito again.

The parking is small, so makes parking a bit tight. If the person in the next parking parks over the line, then it's definitely going to be an issue. Also, not too keen on an envelope being left on the counter asking for tips. We usually always do leave a tip, but you're almost felt forced to leave one because of the envelope.

The Guest Unit, was ideally located in Ballito Bay. Close to shopping centres, and near to the beach.

The kitchen roller blind did not work properly. The bedside light had no globe. The top of the entrance drive-way, was an issue, we had to unload our luggage to enter the premises as not to damage our vehicle.

I liked the location, room met all my needs and was very comfortable. Great shower, beds are comfortable, clean linen, aircon was great, kept the room cool. Dishwasher in the kitchen.

Oven knob was missing, couldn't be repaired. I contacted the owner, first night there was a response and a promise to come back the next day to fix the knob however when I made contact to advise that I am at home no response. Until I checked out the knob was not fixed, I was unable to use the oven. Iron is very dirty, burnt marks on it No bath towels on arrival, only hand towels Noticed small cockroaches in the kitchen On the website it states that there is a washing machine, none in the room Microwave rusted inside
