"Unpleasant treatment"

We arrived late and the owner ignored our calls, no one came to check how we have settled and on the first day ,they ddnt come to clean,we had to use our toilet paper and soap as we were not provided with any on the second day. TOWELS provided were terrible even the colour of them was blue and brown . But the property is in nice area closer to everything

The place was neat and secure, and is also is located centrally. The staff were also very friendly and were quick to assist when we needed help.

The host didn't provide instructions for our arrival and when we called, the phone was unanswered. We were eventually let in by other tenants. The shower water was also sometimes cold. The couch could use some cleaning.

Hot water suddenly turned off mid shower. There was a gummy film on what seemed like the entire floor area.
