Casa Verde Cliff Resort & Spa

Hospitality number one. All the amenities, service, and pampering of a luxury resort. They have a great variety of food that is delicious and healthy, and the portions were large. They have a great selection of drinks and the expresso and smoothies were delicious. The concierge took care of all our transportation and excursions with great attention to detail based on my interest. The salon and spa are very affordable and clean and fully stocked. The bathrooms are very large with a shower and large tub for soaking or mineral baths. The hot tub in front of the ocean to watch the sunset, the gardens, koi fish pond, and abundant shade trees made relaxing at the resort a great way to spend your time. Everyone spoke great English, and Kim, Fritz, and Jose, the bartenders, were happy to share their knowledge of the Camotes Island to make the most of your stay there.

Comfortable bed

The food is awful mold on the orange at breakfast freezing cold eggs. Soup cold and stale piece of toasted bread. I ordered the fish and chips and peas the fish was cold and no peas I mentioned it to the staff she said do you want more fries no attempt to fix the cold fish I paid and left. The next day we order schnitzel and mast the schnitzel was dry and cold and the mash was cold honestly worse food on the island do not eat here. I booked the room mainly for the wifi and the bathtub the water for the bath never worked the whole 3 days I reported it they sent maintenance 1 hr before we check out. 27k php we paid for a terrible experience avoid this place other hotels a quarter of the price with better facilities certainly better food don't bother messaging reception thet resolved nothing

I liked the coziness and silence. This place is perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Lovely room, big bed Toilet was the fanciest thing in the whole resort - shame service and staff couldn’t match View is nice

Door lock to accommodation was very temperamental and barely worked- felt very unsafe Grounds quite shabby and incomplete- you’d expect grounds to be nicer given price point. Food is limited, expensive and not very good. Isolated - need scooter or car to eat outside of the property. Say you can rent scooters but actually only have one to rent (which obviously someone else had rented) as a result tried to charge me loads to rent one - false advertising. Either provide this service or don’t. Advertise Netflix but internet is so bad you can’t actually watch it.

Staff were so kind and it was absolutely fabulous

On frise la perfection dans ce nouvel hotel quelque peu isolé. Magnifiques décorations. Mer (cote rocheuse) avec soleil couchant. Grande piscine en deux bassins. Personnels aux petits soins. Restauration limitée mais de qualité. Seul bémol, le bar, qui bien que produisant d'excellents cocktails diffuse en boucle et parfois avec vigueur des tubes pour grands adolescents. Cependant après plusieurs jours on se repose vraiment.

Musique au bar insistante et moynement adaptée.

The property is quiet and secluded. The accommodations were new. Easy access to the pool, gym, restaurant, jacuzzi, and sea. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional!

Our first night featured a live vocalist. The vocalist sang beautifully. The volume of the speakers was too loud to enjoy our meal.
