Close to points of interest, very clean, exactly as presented on the website, very easy check in. The deposit/guarantee was released a few days after check-out.

Great spacious property. Quiet area

Property was fine! Only thing we could’ve done with was a dishwasher to help clean up as the kitchen was quite compact so when cooking, we had quite a few used utensils waiting to be washed up and taking up space. However it’s not a necessity, just something to possibly look into, in the future.

Great assistance prior to and during our stay. Newly built, very spacious rooms with relaxing garden area. Walking distance to city centre. It is in green, clean air zone.

To fill the pre-checkin form wasn't straightforward, but we got help very quickly after calling. There is clear instruction regarding how to find the property, but I would appreciate it if this were given the day before our journey there, as when we tried to type in the property address in Google map, it didn't appear to be residential area, which caused a bit panicking. But we understand it's a comparatively newly built area, maybe that's why. We called and got instructions.

The décor was beautiful, lovely garden and features, decent size bedroom with full length mirror and not far from the city centre which was a really big plus.

We struggled with the front door fob at first but someone came to assist us also most straight which we were very grateful for.

Honestly, there is no better place to stay when you're in Birmingham, an absolutely excellent place to stay. This is ideally placed in central Birmingham. It's quite, it has parking and ideally situated close to all amenities. The place is modern, clean and refreshing. The host was the best we have encountered, as he looked after our every need. We were very impressed as the property has been well kept. The host has thought about every little detail, from bathroom soaps, towel and shampoos to a heated gazeebo! Spacious and clean rooms with a modern kitchen and the best security of any house we have stayed at, with CCTV and motion detection for extra peace of mind. We had a family wedding to attend and were a family of 8 including 6 kids, we stayed very comfortably and would most definitely rebook again if I came to Birmingham. This propety is a credit to Booking.com but all the praise goes to the host for making our stay so smooth. Thank You
