After making payment and receiving booking confirmation, I never received the access code to enter the apartment — not even to this day. I tried calling the number provided multiple times, but no one answered. As a result, I was left stranded and had to book alternative accommodation at my own cost. The money I paid for this booking was essentially lost. Very disappointing experience.

Dirty fridge and freezer. Toilet seat was dismantled but still it was put ontop of the toilet.
