The apartment was centrally located, a short distance from the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately, this location resulted in a lot of noise in the evening and at night.

The kitchen was sparsely equipped with glasses and cups, no dishwasher and no coffee maker. One bedroom had no escape route in case of fire, and fire/smoke detectors were missing. The worst thing was the bathroom, which was full of black fungus. The ceiling, joints and corners were covered in fungus, and the bathroom seems poorly ventilated. The toilet on the 1st floor had a ceiling height of barely 1.8m, so I had to bend over to walk. It also had a bad smelled, like in an old basement. The toilet was also half broken, and difficult to flush. We tried to contact both Booking.com and the landlord to at least have the bathroom cleaned, but received only a response from the landlord that “they was not a cleaning agency”.

Fabulous apartment ,the apartment was very clean and spacious , the location was 5 mins from the beach and the shops , perfect for everything , and the owner even provided cleaning products like washing up liquid disinfectant ect, which is always a bonus ,we will be booking again loved everything about it

The 2 things I think it needs priority the name of the apartment so you can see that your at the right place and number 2 better curtain s downstairs so you can't see in on a night ,the upstairs curtains are fine we just let the blind about 3 quarters down ,there is a restaurant apposite which plays soothing spanish music on guitars some night most relaxing there is no loud music like someone said

La ubicación

Se anuncia como dúplex, pero no menciona que es un bajo, frente a la terraza de un restaurante y contiguo a la de un bar de copas. El salón que da a estas terrazas no tiene persianas, sólo unos visillos, y se ve el interior. Menciona dos baños, pero el de abajo es sólo aseo, y muy peligroso para personas un poco altas. El aire acondicionado de la habitación pequeña hace un ruido muy molesto. En la ducha, que resbala, no hay barra de seguridad. En la habitación grande, el estore que cubre el balcón deja pasar demasiada luz. Lo que anuncian como terraza, es un balcón minúsculo, que además tiene una ventana que da a la escalera comunitaria, por lo que te ven. La escalera es muy incomoda y con peligro de golpe en la cabeza. La cocina no tiene ningún artículo como sal, azúcar, aceite...

La ubicación, la comodidad del apartamento, bien equipado

Ubicación y limpieza inmejorables. Nos pusieron muchas facilidades. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Muchos detalles y buen gusto. Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos. Muchas gracias por todo!
