Location and the accommodation

All good

Fantastic location on the river and so near shops, restaurants, etc. Very spacious and comfortable.

The upstairs bathroom windows could have done with blinds or frosted glass.

It was cold on arrival, insufficient toiletries. Need to highlight low overhanging branch

The location was superb, really close to the town and a lovely view over the river. The beds were exceptionally comfy, the kitchen and appliances to a high standard - we stayed in the kitchen diner most of the stay. The showers were very powerful. I loved the spiral staircase and the property was heated well.

The ancient blinds in the kitchen that were broken and couldn’t be opened properly. The lounge area was horrible - we didn’t even go in there! The sofas were old and the decor very dated. There weren’t wardrobes as such in one of the rooms. There was no frosted glass in the two windows in the main bathroom and there were houses overlooking the windows. There is a definite need for TLC in some areas of the property!

The area is amazing and the house is very tidy with unbelievable views

It was great, no complaints.
