"Great apartment in Fowey"

We said "wow" when we opened the door of the apartment. It's lovely and airy with a beautiful view of the river. Location is perfect, less than a minute walk into Fowey. Everything was really top notch and new.

Great cooking facilities, lovely view of the harbour, a minute's walk from the nearest restaurants and pubs, great decor and lots of comfy chairs. Be warned that a degree of fitness is required as Fowey is essentially one big hill, the apartment is at the bottom and the car park is at the top. We managed fine but elderly guests may struggle a bit.

We were sad to leave this beautiful, airy, comfortable flat, watching the boats in the harbour come and go from our balcony window. Fowey is a magical place, and the Captain’s Penthouse was the perfect base for exploring the village and beyond. We loved it here.
