GBWe left Sound of the Sea this morning for the second time and it doesn’t get any easier (it’s hard to leave!). We broke our own rule of never staying in the same place more than once for this gem of a place! As our second time here, it was just as perfect as the first. You can loose yourself in the view and the sound of the waves. We use this lovely apartment as the perfect place to explore other areas nearby as well as Ilfracombe itself (in which you’re close to so many places to eat and drink). Once you’ve finished exploring for the day, you get to come back, open the back door to the balcony and soak up that gorgeous view. We will continue to break our “rule” of not staying in the same place by coming back again and again! See you again Sound of the Sea!
