Wonderful Experience!We had a great stay at Hotel Raj Palace. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff members were extremely polite, well-behaved, and always ready to help. It is an excellent hotel in Kolkata to stay with family or friends. Would love to visit again!

I had a very good experience staying at Raj Palace Hotel and the hotel is clean and wellmaintained and the rooms and bathrooms are kept neat and tidy and the staff are polite friendly and always ready to help providing excellent service throughout the stay and the location is very convenient as it is close to City Centre 2 and overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable stay great service and pleasant atmosphere and i would love to stay here again in the future

"Absolutely fraud hotel"

Absolutely nothing. The rooms look nothing like the photos that are posted.

Everything. Let's start from the entrance. It looks shady from the entrance itself. There were mice near the computer. The lift is tiny. The corridor is dingy and looks like a who*e house. The room is tiny, looks NOTHING like the photos. It's dirty, the sheets are unwashed. The bathroom is dirty. The decor is bad. Everything is bad. The staff are horrible. Tarun Barman (the owner/manager/whatever) is a fraud.
