Excellent !

The room was clean and the location was great... staffs have a frendly behaviour . Overall comfortable stay at raj palace

The Hotel is good in terms of location. Except this everything is bad.

Room quality, Hygiene factor, no mosquito repellent given, Pillows were staling, Towels were dirty, The tap in the bathroom was broken.

The only thing we say ok was the people we spoke with were helpful.

THIS HOTEL IS GIVING FAKE REVIEWS. Before even I have a review they had put a fake reviews. Don't get sold for the fake reviews. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. This hotel is awful. There is smoke ,and alcohol smell everywhere. Room toilet nothing is clean in fact disgusting. No toilet tissues. The bed were not changed and had ciggerate smells and burns. This is not a family hotel. In fact we suspected some doggy things happening in the hotel. The lift were so small that we didn't use it. Toilet were black. Even there were cockroaches Avoid at all cost.

We arrived at the hotel, paid the full booking amount and when we went to check the room we found the room was untidy, unclean, dirt and hair on the bed and dust on the bed covers We requested them to change the room and they showed a different room but with the exact same issue. Moreover, the staff were rude, unruly, and manner less. They argued till the end that rooms are always like this. Then, we decided not to stay in the hotel and requested for a refund, which they denied. Unfortunately we had to lose our money and book another hotel.

The rooms were not at all clean. Bed sheet stained. Blanket torn. Mosquito all over. Tv not working. Battery all out from the tv. Checked in early n was charged 500 however disgusting room given. Changed the next day. Since stayed bck after logout which is from 12 pm to 5pm. Was charged for full day
