Peak Haven: 2BR Mountain View

Loved all the sleeping options. Very clean and comfortable as far as the furniture, kitchen, layout, etc. I appreciated that they were pet friendly as well.

The heat of the summer was intense during our trip and the little ac is not sufficient to keep the place comfortable. We were very hot through the night even with the one fan on and ac. A stronger ac and additional fans maybe even ceiling fans would be nice. Also the parking was cumbersome for us, it didn’t feel like a safe area to leave expensive toys/trailers. It’s unlit and away from view of the property. Not sure you could fix that much though.

I really liked the neighborhood I was in. The house was a nice sized facility. Directions were clear on the cleaning process. The house was close to various amenities.

I was apprehensive of where the parking area was. I personally don't like to not be able to see my vehicle. I also had a slight concern of parking next to a bar, but we were pleasantly pleased about nothing happening to our vehicle. For me personally, the bed was uncomfortable, however, for another person that might stay there, it could be fantastic. I don't want that statement to take away from how nice the house was though. Other than those two minor things, it was a fantastic stay.

The facility was well-equipped and immaculate—great views of Kellogg from the condo. The unit had the fastest internet we've ever experienced - fiber. A large TV in the living room is easy to operate. Also, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. There is not much not to like.

While not a problem, parking for the unit is a little far away. It's best to unload in the front driveway and then move your car to the designated parking area. Not to be nit-picky, the fridge is somewhat loud and we couldn't find any wine glasses. These are small inconveniences for such a nice unit.

Sleeping more than 3 adults is kinda pushing it, short twin bed and pull out couch. Didn’t see a convenient way to stream to TV, but there was an HDMI available for a laptop.

This is a hidden gem for sure! Extremely clean and welcoming !
