The location of the property is good, and the room is spacious and comfortable. However, the lighting could be improved, as it is not sufficient for a room of this size.
The room had several maintenance issues during my stay. The door's automatic lock was not functioning properly. There was no mosquito net on the window, which made the room feel poorly ventilated and resulted in a significant mosquito problem. Additionally, the bathroom drain was clogged, and the water flow from the tap was extremely slow. These washroom-related issues caused delays in my morning routine, and I was late for work as a result.
