"Economy class at an immodest price"

- Location (close to relatives in the same building) - View - Check-in/check-out speed and simplicity

- Broken glass on the hob - Someone else's dirty black wet socks on the balcony - Extra dirty balcony and the same dirty washing machine on it (partially true for the room itself) - No any household chemicals except soap in the bathroom (forget about shampoos, slippers or bathrobes, even about just a dishwashing liquid) - General quality of equipment (e.g. entrance door with a large gap at the bottom - source of cold and extraneous sounds) - Minimum of kitchen utensils - TV with no WiFi signal - WiFi connection is very unstable - Price is comparable with much more cozy and equipped apartments nearby
