Das Pool war verunreinigt und nicht zu benutzen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es "das waren wahrscheinlich die letzten Gäste"...eine unbefriedigende Aussage. Das Pool reinigen zu lassen wäre nur möglich gewesen, wenn wir an einem Tag im Apartment geblieben wären, was wir nicht wollten, weil wir uns lieber Kapstadt angeschaut haben. Das Apartment hatten wir wegen der Lage und dem Pool gebucht.

ZAGreat location. Within walking distance to almost everything. Safe apartment block. Effortless check-in.
The rooms are not as spacious as shown on the pictures. No extra blankets, so we got cold on our first night there. Needed late check out (4pm) but they refused, said I had to pay full day price which I thought was a bit absurd.
ZAProperty was advertised as having private pool. The pool was dirty and not cleaned. We called the owner but his response was rude and showed no concern. Floor was dirty and not properly cleaned (disgusting). I had to mop the floor.
ZALocation is convenient. Booking was simple. Flat is well equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Will definitely rebook.
Shower mat needs to be more effective as the floor gets a bit wet and the front door shudders a bit loud with the wind. Not major though.
ZAEverything was 5 star, clean, comfortable, high-tech gadgets, fully equipped! Really lovely!
I wish it had an elevator or someway to open for guests/ deliveries from upstairs without having to go downstairs to unlock the gate over and over
ZAZAZAZAI liked the pool and the view, I'm definitely coming back
