the view was exceptional, great neighbourhood. it was really cold, but worth it

we didn’t receive a proper guide or instructions for certain facilities like the washing machine/dishwasher ( they didn’t seem to work)…, we didn’t know there was a heater or electric blankets. Also, the stairs are shaky which was concerning for kids
