"Great hotel"

Excellent location, lovely food with lots of choice, great pool, comfortable rooms (with adequate storage for ski clothes), free ski lockers. Nice refurb. TH Land (kids club) was great - friendly staff, kids really enjoyed.

2 flights of stairs up/down to locker room with slow lifts to there and the rooms. No toilet on restaurant floor - difficult with kids/less able people especially if reliant on slow lifts. Rooms very hot. Sound from corridors loud late at night at times. Very expensive lunches for kids at kids club (25 EUR for pasta). And mini disco is so late - 9/9.30pm

"Great location, clean, modern but basic rooms, and terrible reception desk staff."

location was excellent, right by the slopes. Rooms, although basic, with bad sound proofing and not befitting a 4 star rating the hotel has, were clean and modern. Bar staff were nice and efficient.

Terrible customer service from the reception desk staff on multiple occasions. Whilst checking in I asked a member of staff at the reception for some concierge assistance - specifically for some help advising on and booking some restaurants during our stay as I do not speak Italian (completely standard for a 4 star hotel). I was told, rudely and abruptly, "we don't do that here, we have to check in 200 people every day. You have to do it yourself". This was really poorly handled by the member of staff in my opinion. Later on that evening, I was told my quadruple room was ready, This was great and myself and my 2 friends made our way to the room. In the description and photos we were sent with booking confirmation it clearly showed 1 double bed & 2 single beds which was exactly what we needed. When we entered the room, in fact what we found was 1 double bed & 1 sofa. Nothing else. I made my way back to the reception and politely informed a member of the reception team that there must have been a mistake. I was told to wait whilst they looked into it. When they came back they told me that the room configuration was correct and they would send a member of the housekeeping team to make up the sofa bed. I questioned this and showed them my booking as I had not paid for a sofa bed. At this point two members of staff immediately got very aggressive and told me I was wrong. One lady in particular got very angry and shouted at me. This made me feel incredibly embarrassed and terrible, in front of other guests. It was completely over the top from her. I stood my ground though and informed the team that this was a major issue, not of my making and I would like a proper quadruple room, which matched the description I had been sold. Again the women was extremely rude to me and after 3 minutes, shoved a new door key at me on the desk, and said in a very sarcastic and aggressive tone, "take your key and enjoy your holiday".

"The staff are great but the hotel is not modern and have very few and old facilities."

the staff are amazing, went beyond my expectation to accommodate us, especially my children to feel welcomed with an extra effort to make special food, outside of the menu. the hotel restaurant (extra cost) is amazing and serve one of the best pizzas I've ever had in Italy at a reasonable price.

not a modern hotel - the hotel is very old, there are 4 elevators but it seems none of them works... ski room isn't modern and the lockers don't have heater for the ski boots. no fitness room, parking at extra cost and you have to walk out for a gear rent, though i was told it's within the same complex bad hygiene and organization - when i receive the room - it wasn't clean. i found hair on my pillow and stains on my sheets... after few days we ran out of toilet paper and had to go down the reception for new ones.
