Spacious studio with Balcony and Parking at the Beach -M46

The location was good, pretty much right on the beach however also quite noisy, the beds were quite comfy but pillows lumpy, facilities good for a couple of days, clean pool, convenient parking although additional charge, good communication from owner

The whole place needs some tlc, rusty outdoor table/ chairs, very poor condition saucepans, no tin opener, temperamental hob, broken bits and bobs, broken sun loungers and not many of them, broken tiles, it just needs some modernising as it could be great

Place needs better frying pan, and needs a can opener. But can't complain much cause it's a Great place

It is an awesome location. You can see the water from the balcony. The studio was the perfect size for the two of us. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working properly 3 of the 5 days. The owner was responsive resolved it the first time with resetting router; not the second time.

The location was excellent, right next to the beach, yet its not the front line to the very busy boardwalk. The apt included everything needed, even beach towels. Room is large, and there's a balcony too. They do have parking available if you need it -- we did not, yet it was full (make sure to reserve, as all parking in the area is paid).

This is an old hotel, everything's basic and just enough. Beds were uncomfortable. Not sure if I'd call it very clean, though it wasn't bad. Pool chairs were broken. Internet did not work in our room because there was no reception. There's a TV with Roku, but it requires the non-existent Internet connection (and probably your own accounts to watch anything that's not free, like youtube).

The location was amazing. Big room with kitchen was a major bonus while staying there for five days.

The shower was inconsistently cold/hot. When it was finally hot water, it took a minimum of 10 minutes to warm up. I brought my truck and requested one of the larger open parking spaces via message but never received a reply. The parking space I was given was very inconvenient. The owner did know in advance I was arriving in a truck. Needed a couple extra rolls of toilet paper for four people over five days. We had to buy our own.

it was everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. close to the boardwalk and beach, lovely view and pleasant to sit out on the balcony.
