Location was great as needed to stay local .

Flat was uncomfortable , it needs a sofa bed as only way to watch telly was in bed which was about 10 foot away. Wash room was a mess. I used it once , went back to collect my clothing from tumble drier and someone else had emptied my stuff and thrown it all over room. Never used it again as felt I couldn’t trust my stuff not to be touched. On a positive , it was quiet and no disturbances.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The heating was great. The shower was hot. There enough facilities to cook meals. The bus stop was outside the door. There was parking available to us. The view out the window was great. There definitely is a mashing machine and a dryer down the corridor and it's free go use it! This is so important because there are NO laundrette at all nearby.

There was no shampoo or body soap. The shower was very difficult to control the temperature. There was no free food despite saying there was some. There were 4 tea bags for 5 days. No coffee. We had to buy salt. It was a very complicated pre check in procedure that was not outlined on Booking.com until after payment which included a £200 deposit and a tenancy agreement.
