Very good apartment, clean, well equipped and designed. Comfortable beds. Great location.

Took 45 minutes to check in, because the online check-in system wasn’t working. The poor girl working the front desk was frantically trying to process a myriad of customers on her own.

I think you need at least two front desk agents, it’s extremely unfair both to the worker and to the guests to have to wait such an absurd long amount of time to be able to check in.

Central location in Mall and closeness to pick up / drop off keys.

Furnishings need upgrading - lounge, sideboard, TV cabinet, beds (different sixes & compressions) including bed heads. No tea towel to dry dishes. New lighting installed, but facing the wrong way (too bright while sitting at table). Balcony door lock broken. Blinds required on windows facing courtyard - to provide privacy. Arm chair weathered or a "dog" teeth on timber arms. Faulty internet. Coffee maker did not boil water - sufficient for tea drinkers.

The keys were at a hotel desk not far from the appartment. The location is excellent closed by restaurants, attraction and shopping.

surprised the apartment had a washing machine but did not have washing detergent or an iron or ironing board

The property was nice, but accessing and finding parking was all but impossible.
