The location to haram is the main attraction of this hotel. Rest facilities are good. Particularly break fast was excellent.

I booked a deluxe room for 2 adults. But the room was provided with 5 beds. The Almarah was covered with bed and we couldn’t open the cupboard. As you go for worshiping and don’t have time to complain and get it ready. Attraction of Deluxe room being a big room compromised due to 3 extra beds. There was no place to move.

The breakfast was good and the cleaning staff and the porters/concierge team were extremely helpful. The location was excellent.

The front desk reception staff were awful, rude and not co-operative. Check in was meant to be at 16:00 yet they made me wait so long and I was travelling with a baby and an elderly mother. The local saudi men clearly have no consideration for international guests while the foreign workers were the most kind and helpful.
