للأسف كانت تجربة غير مرضية. تعامل الموظفين كان سيئ وغير احترافي، بالإضافة إلى عدم توفر مواقف للسيارات. تم إلزامي بدفع قيمة موقف تعادل سعر غرفة ليوم كامل، وهذا غير مقبول. لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق .

للأسف تجربة سيئة، تعامل غير احترافي، تأخير واضح في الاستجابة، ومشكلة كبيرة في المواقف. لا أنصح به أبداً.

Great location. You can book this hotel even if it’s Tower 3, as it is still part of Safwah Towers. For me, Tower 3 is more comfortable compared to the other towers — bigger room size, better layout, newer facilities, free breakfast, and more affordable too. I have stayed at many hotels near Makkah and Safwah before, but Tower 3 is one of the most comfortable for me. You can easily access Masjid al-Haram by lift or escalator. Hopefully my review can help other Muslims in making their choice. This hotel is one of the cheaper options among Safwah hotels, but the service is just as good or even better.

Nothing to complain about. The staff were really kind and accommodating. Thank you for being so kind to us and allowing us to check in early. Will definitely repeat our stay here if Allah invites me here again.. insyaallah
