Location was excellent - very close to the Royal palace and in the middle of the historic part of Madrid.

Lightweight blanket when it was cold, incorrect instructions for use of heater and stove top didn’t work properly. Check in process was duplicated (online and in person) and slow.

Lovely accommodation in a great location close to the Royal Palace, metro, shops, bars. Clean and comfy. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Nothing I didn't like, couldn't work the heating but it wasn't too cold.

The location.

The heating was set low by management to save on costs, resulting in a cold internal temperature and hot water in the shower available for less than one minute. This was pointed out to management and came the after to adjust the water heater to a suitable temperature, which solved the problem. The apartment's bedeoom area is wrongly furnished with items that are not necessary for holiday accommodation, such as a piano and an old table, which space can be used for a proper wardrobe and move the cleaning items inside at the back instead, away from the eyes.
