Only 1 set of keys and AC wasn't the best which made it a bit too warm during the night

Location was great, super close to the beach and nice complex.

The shower leaked (water leaked into the dinning room) on the first night there as we were showering, contacted the owner and she saw my message and didn’t reply, then contacted her again the next day and nothing either. We had the mop in the bathroom and had to check for water leaks every time someone had a shower. Asked for extra towels as we had another family member joining us a couple of days later and no reply. There were quite a lot of ants but I guess that’s to be expected in a house.

The complex is nice with the swimming pool, they keep it clean and tidy and they are changing up the broken sun beds by the pool. It was good for lilos and the children enjoyed it. The air con works well and the beds are comfy and clean. It's a 20 min stroll into teguise along the sea front. The washing machine worked well.

It just needs a bit of tlc. The oven door handle fell off on the first use. Broken outside chairs, cracked crockery, a sliding window in the kitchen that doesn't lock at all (we wedged it with a chopping board). It also doesn't contain a safe. Aircon is only in main living area, which leads to very warm bedrooms. The sofa bed also doesn't connect to the main part of the sofa so the person sleeping on it finds it sliding off. We also (in our two week stay) didn't receive clean linen and was informed it was probably easier to wash it ourselves. The one key situation is a bit stressful, the door automatically locks, and there's only one key for the main complex gates. At the end of the stay you have to have someone wedge the outside complex door open whilst you leave the key in the property. The worst thing is the shower... it might as well not have a drain, it pours out into the bathroom. We had a lot of mopping experiences. A whole family showering at the end of the day was too much for the drain and it just poured out into the floor.

Self contained and had all you needed. Local shops and eateries are in walking distance. Beach at edge of complex is rocky but a great beach walk.

Having to park on main road and walk to property, which with cases was a trek. Parking was for residents only. Only one set of keys which was some what inconvienent at times. Kitchen window still not locking after being reported a while ago. Patio door had dropped was assessed (first week) but heavy to lift to open. Pool was flippin freezing although average air temp was 25-30c. Sofa could do with an upholstery clean. Bathroom door handle was reported as broken but not fixed while we were there.

Could not fault the place loved it

Bit of a walk from the centre but great walk on front to the town and taxi was cheap to the place . Swimming pool was a bit cold but was still nice for a swim
