Llits confortables, bona combinació amb busos al centre de Gènova, l'apartament està ben reformat i amb gust, molta oferta gastronòmica allà mateix (tot i que només per sopar)

Les expectatives generades al contractar-ho era que estaríem a un lloc amb serveis turístics (tipus aparthotel) i realment és un apartament dins d'un club esportiu (natació, pàdel). I sense l'avantatge de tenir inclòs l'accés a aquests serveis (ni tenir-hi accés a un preu reduït). I això fa que no hi hagi personal que pugui atendre't, cal gestionar-ho tot per WhatsApp (això sí, amb resposta ràpida quan un escriu). L'apartament té una sola habitació al pis superior, amb capacitat per 5 persones, que està molt bé. Però la sisena persona ha de dormir en un sofà-llit a la planta baixa i sense la possibilitat d'enfosquir (i hi ha un focus just enfront!). A més a més, passa constantment gent que va a les piscines, des de primera hora del matí fins entrada la nit.

Alt for dyrt at tage familien med i swimmingpool og faciliteterne var meget slidt. Morgenmad var en croissant og en glas juice. Det var alt for lidt til prisen.

The room is spacious, has 2 floors, kitchen/living area on ground flour and a bedroom with 5 beds & a bathroom with 2 toilets and 4 showers (!) on the 1st floor. Communication upfront is via what’s app. Very helpful staff (thank you Asia). The area is great, close to the beach (5 min walk) and the swimming pool in front of the door is enormous (not included and rather expensive; my son and I paid 33,- to get in incl. 2 sunbeds). Around the pool are some restaurants and bars. In one of them you can go for breakfast (the Pool Bar; small terrace, friendly staff).

It’s just one room sitting in a giant indoor swimming complex. It’s hidden away in a corner where people pass by to take public stairs/elevator to go to higher situated residential area. There’s no reception, there’s no windows (a few blurred ones), there’s no other tourists and there’s no tourist infrastructure. Every one comes to do sports (padel, gym, swimming). Our 1st impression (my son (7) and myself) was not very good, but after a while we start to like it. My son woke up and went to see Padel games next to the room, at night a small Luna park opened up with trampolines and a huge inflatable slide (not free) and the area started to feel as ‘ours’. I think the room is build for sports people that want to do some serious swimming. Not sure. Funny experience which has been okay for 2 days.

This is part of a sports complex which has been converted for tourist accommodation.Still feels like you are in a gymnasium or a swimming pool changing rooms.Very dark,especially first floor.Still advertised as a beachfront property,total fiction!

The personnel managing the breakfast was very kind during all the stay. The location of the room is nice for tourists. Several and various restaurants nearby for a very good quality and associated price.

From time to time the noise outside (metallic stairs) can be heared, and the bedrooms are not separated. But this is totally fine for a family
