Sinks and toilet bowl were clean on arrival. Clean bedsheets.

The keysafe code is unchanged from Dec 2024 from my initial booking (I kept key on me all times, caused issues with family access/plans) The floors were messy (possible insect/rodent mess in bathroom) and mould on bedroom curtains and walls. Plates, cups, cutlery, utensils, pans, and kitchen surfaces were dirty. Dirty fingerprints on microwave. Mould on table placemats. Mattress in twin room smelled of urine. One supplied towel had stains on it. The whole cabin required airing on arrival as it smelled VERY musty. And I needed to spray sofa fabrics with deodoriser/disinfectant. I wouldn't stay here again. I should have taken photos! Smells are difficult to convey. I was unable to find alternative and available accommodation elsewhere due to family plans.

Cosy, comfortable home. Organised and easy initial access.Enjoyed our stay and exploring the surrounding area. Thank you.

Traffic noise, overgrown hedge, muddy area at path end.

Location was excellent, property was functional and had the necessary appliances and services.

The property smelt of smoke, despite being a non-smoking property. It was also very dated internally and would benefit from a refurb at some point. The Wi-Fi details provided were incorrect. Also, the instructions could have been clearer as to where the property is. It is quite important to know that there are different "areas" of the holiday park, and the specific area was not obvious. It was also expensive for what it was, but that is due to the location I would imagine.

Nicola was very organised with the details of access. There was a little welcome pack and there was more than plenty of kitchen equipment ie pots, pans, trays, tea towels etc. Love the fact we didn’t need to take towels for the shower - only towels for the beach (saved lots of space in the car). The site was quiet.

This place was a home from home. I could have brought just our clothes and that was that. So many lovely touches. Pictures, cushions, blankets, even maps books and couple card games. There was washing up supplies, sponges, tea towels and towels to use. The cupboards had everything you needed even cutlery and children's plates bowls and cups..the owners have obviously put a lot of thought and care into their holiday home. There was a hoover brush airer etc also. Hand soap and toilet rolls also supplied. I was very impressed. It was myself and my 4 daughters aged 2-14 they were very impressed by the fact there was WiFi and plenty of plug space to charge their devices. The extension plug was very impressive I need one of those for myself. Overall a very happy customer thanks for everything that made my stay very easy and comfortable. X

Cleaning wasn't up to standard, very tired rusty radiators and clothes rails , a safety hazard

Great location for visits in the area. Caravan had all we needed and it was a nice touch to leave fresh milk and biscuits.

Caravan needs some tlc, a few areas are lacking. Could list them but there are quite a few. Pathway to the caravan entrance overgrown

Outstandingly clean. Great location for exploring north Devon.
