非常遠離市區，員工無法以英文溝通

退宿的時候欺騙我們未能從booking取得房費，且預訂被取消，要求支付現金，並且聲稱我們沒有follow their term，在證明我們的booking訂單未被取消之後，攔住我們的車不讓人離開

Nothing

Is very far fro everything and the address showed in booking is INCORRECT. Very hard to get reply from the property I was in the wrong place because they send me the incorrect address in a message. My room has cockroaches and I decide to leave the other day and the “hotel” staff was very rude to collect payment and charge me more than the price on Booking.
