unfurnished ( just a bed) and still ongoing works ( unfinished rooms). light insulation with air and noise coming from outside. The room was cold with no means to heat it… completely overpriced for the value expected.

USThe rooms were large, neat and tidy. Good central location. Convenient parking. Very good internet/TV. Easy to find and easy access. Kitchen was good for take out food and basic breakfast.
There was a plate in the kitchen cabinet left from a previous occupant with food still on it that we had to clean up. The unit construction is not yet finished. The smoke detector was covered with a bag, and we had no way to reach it to remove it. There is an adequate refrigerator but no freezer compartment. Minimal kitchenware. Minimal options for clothes storage. More street noise than expected.
