GBThe view from the balcony is great and the living room and bedrooms were all so comfortable. Only thing was the beds weren’t as clean as they could have been but the staff were so helpful

ROThe location on google maps is near the real location. Finding the location after sunset can be tricky . Thanks to the assistance of the host we have managed to checkin smoothly.
GBThe location was good and close to Gravesend Train Station. We were staying for two nights and didn't have any hot water when we checked in but the host was responsive and did get it fixed on the same day we reported it.
The flat didn't feel very 'homely' and we were glad to only be staying for two nights. The doors to the balcony also didn't lock and we raised this to the host and it wasn't fixed during our stay.
