"Bon Riad pour un séjour à Marrakech"

Le lit était très confortable et le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié l'option "taxi" proposée, le thé et biscuits d'accueil. Une grande salle de bain.

La chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre donc très humide.Pas de tv non plus. Dommage pas de salé au petit déjeuner. On s'attendait à une piscine mais c'est un bassin de 3m2.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Riad pour ce séjour incroyable à Marrakech ! Vous avez vraiment été aux petits soins pour que notre voyage se passe parfaitement. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil avec le thé et les gâteaux faits maison nous a tout de suite mis dans l’ambiance. Le Riad est magnifique, plein de charme, et idéalement situé : nous avons pu tout faire à pied, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Notre première chambre avait un petit souci d’humidité et comme je fais de l’asthme, le personnel a été extrêmement compréhensif et réactif. Ils nous ont immédiatement proposé de changer de chambre et nous ont même fait la très belle surprise de nous avoir surclassé dans une suite absolument incroyable. Un geste que nous avons énormément apprécié. Mention spéciale aussi pour la prestation massage qui est tout simplement incroyable — un vrai moment de détente ! Et le petit déjeuner servi devant la chambre le matin… un vrai bonheur. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Nous garderons un superbe souvenir de ce séjour !
