"Amabilidad y atención"

La amabilidad del personal. Facilidad check in llegando a las 2 de la madrugada: esperándonos con una atención magnífica , a pesar de la hora nos sirvieron te con pastas en la habitación. Aunque un poco alejado de la Plaza Fna se agradece por salir del mogollón, muy fácil acceso tanto andando como en taxi al estar pegado a una de las puertas de la muralla. Volver a reseñar la atención exquisita de todo el equipo: Abde, Karim y Hanna : un 10 para todos ellos.

Por poner algun inconveniente, hacer mencion al ruido del tráfico a primera hora de la mañana en la habitación de la azotea para 4 pax donde nos alejamos. En el resto entiendo se debe escuchar mucho menos. También decir que es muy cómoda para salir directamente a relajarse en la terraza con impresionantes vistas del Atlas

L'accueil était bien

Le petit-déjeuner était très léger. Ayant connu d'autres Riad moins cher et aussi confortable le petit-déjeuner était Royal par contre là c'était une part de gâteau chacun c'était vraiment très léger ensuite problème avec le chauffage ils ont dû nous amener un petit chauffage ensuite problème d'eau chaude qui a été résolu donc c'est bof bof.

La atenciòn del personal, destacamos la amabilidad de Karim, nos brindó su ayuda en todo momento y fue muy amable, al igual que Abdel.

La falta de ventilación. Las habitaciones olían a humedad.
