Cold River House - Nesima apt

Apartament w bardzo dobrym miejscu, oddalony od centrum ale bez problemu dojazd samochodem czy transportem publicznym. Widok na Etnę. Apartament dostosowany dla wszystkich, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy z możliwością przygotwywania posiłków. Bardzo fajna sprawa taki taras gdzie można usiąść, bezpieczny, ogrodzony. Idealnym rozwiązaniem parking pod apartamentem. Gospodarz Niesamowity Pan, który przez cały pobyt służył pomocą, doradzał co można zwiedzić, gdzie można zjeść, gdzie zrobić zakupy. Bardzo otwarty. Wylot mieliśmy wcześnie rano i nie było problemu aby Gosporzarz przyjechał po klucze i nas serdecznie porzegnał.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który był bardzo pomocny. Mieliśmy wszystko czego było nam trzeba, wszystkie przybory kuchenne, suszarki do włosów, pralka, klimatyzacja co jest ważne. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i zadbane. Mały parking też jest na miejscu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Brakowało nam szafy /wieszaka na ubrania w drugiej sypialni.

Very nice and big apartment. Good air conditioning. Metro station ~10 min on foot. And also private free car parking. We enjoyed our stay a lot at this apartment. Highly recommended.

No iron although it was on facilities list. Handling trash was confusing.

casa molto comoda,in una zona tranquilla. appartamento grande con due belle camere da letto,cucina funzionante e con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. bagno nuovo e comodo con asciugapelli e set di cortesia inclusi. lenzuola e asciugamani di ricambio che non tutti offrono quindi ottimo anche sotto questo punto di vista. in cucina c'era la macchina del caffè con alcune cialde e delle brioche. per non parlare dei proprietari che sono stati molto gentili ed ospitali e sempre disponibili. aria condizionata funzionante in entrambe le camere. esperienza molto positiva. consigliatissima anche per il prezzo

Our stay at Cold River House in Catania was truly fantastic! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, very clean, spacious, and equipped with private parking, which made everything so convenient. What really made our stay special were the owners. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We arrived to find drinks and snacks waiting for us, which was such a lovely surprise. They also took the time to recommend great places nearby and were always ready to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Catania!

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment and are happy to write our first review. The apartment was exactly as described—very nice, clean, and conveniently located within a reasonable distance of both the airport and the city center. The host was friendly and hospitable, providing useful amenities and even drinks upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and appreciated his hospitality. Since we visited in winter, the apartment was a bit cold, especially the floors, but the air conditioning helped us adjust the room temperature at night. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The apartment was comfortable and accommodating for the four of us.

A few areas for improvement: - The water heater didn’t provide enough hot water for more than one or two people to shower consecutively. - Internet access, extra blankets and pillows, and additional kitchen items (such as tea mugs, cutting knives, and a cutting board) would have been appreciated. - A fixed rental price for the entire apartment would be preferable, as the varying rates based on the number of occupants felt a bit overpriced.
