It was clean , it was tidy it had everything we needed and the location is perfect

Una persiana estaba estropeada, no cerraba y entraba mucha luz de la farola. Lo comentamos al llegar por wasap a los propietarios pero nadie fue a repararla.

El Olivia was a perfect family villa with everything we needed. Its location is ideal being close to restaurants, the beech and town, yet still being quiet and private. Almarina Villas were fantastic at communicating, from meeting us on check in, to regular updates on pool cleaning etc. We would highly recommend this Villa. The Villa was very clean, modern and well maintained. Off street parking via a secure electric gate was welcomed. The villa has electric shutters as well as metal grills which makes it felt very safe and secure.

Nothing, the villa was one of the best we have stayed in.

- la ubicación está muy bien. Está cerca de una pequeña playa (y hay otra más grande que está un poco más lejos) y varios bares y restaurantes de buena calidad. - la villa tiene tres habitaciones de buen tamaño y está muy bien equipada. La zona de la sala de estar/ cocina y la terraza son buenos espacios para estar en familia. - tiene aire acondicionado por toda la casa.

- la piscina tenía unos azulejos rotos y mis niños y mi mujer se cortaron el primer día. Los de la agencia tuvieron que venir varias veces para arreglarlos con masilla. Con el precio que nos han cobrado la estancia, me he quedado un poco decepcionado - estos detalles son importantes y deberían haber revisado todo antes para asegurar que estuviera bien.

Villa was fantastic in a very quiet and peaceful location . Easy walk to the old town. Amazing restaurants minutes from the villa.

Outside seating was for four and there was five of us so maybe another small outdoor sofa or chairs.

Beautiful design throughout and comfortable. Great location. Beach is so close that we went to watch the sunrise. Great restaurants within walking distance.
