Barons Granary , The Bull Pen

It is a dreamy cottage for two in the countryside, yet just a few minutes from Rye. A modern version of Kate Winslet's house in the movie "The Holiday". Perfect for a quiet vacation. The place was cosy, comfortable, charming, and spotlessly clean. The host, Joanna, went an extra mile in the details of the decoration and welcomed us with biscuits. We found everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was also a private yard for barbecue during the summer. The building, furniture, and amenities are all brand new. Everything was lovely and exceeded our expectations. The photos are honestly not fair to all this place can offer. A great surprise! I would definitely come back.

I think the internet network was coming from the main house, so sometimes the signal is not great, but nothing major.

Nothing not to like

Lovely one bed self contained flat in a beautiful part of the world. Super close to multiple English vineyards. Amazing have breakfast with bunnies in the garden!! Lovely welcoming host, Jo.

Fabulous - Lovely cottage - stayed for 6 nights to visit the area - had everything you needed and was very clean. Great location - very quiet and great views. Jo the host was lovely. Great place to stay - Don't change a thing !

Great space for 2 people. Nice and peaceful farm location. Jo was lovely and was there to welcome us. Lovely and clean. Good powerful shower.

Larger towels would be great.
