Struttura molto accogliente e pulita. Camere piccole, ma ben fornite. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la piscina, davvero stupenda, e la vicinanza ad Ipsos, dove è possibile scendere a piedi se non si vuole prendere la macchina per raggiungere altri posti. Personale super gentile, tutti quanti, e molto disponibili a venirci incontro anche per ogni minima necessità. Tutto favoloso

Unico neo forse il bagno un po piccolo

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde e nonostante molto vicina al centro di Ipsos, anche molto tranquilla. Colazione ottima e abbondante con prodotti sempre freschi. Pulizia al top.

Tutto perfetto, l'accoglienza, la stanza , il personale, la colazione molto variegata con prodotti di altissima qualità. La piscina meravigliosa è la tranquillità che circonda la struttura è senza pari. Direi tutto eccezionale

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit sehr nettem und aufmerksamen Personal, es wird auf jedes Detail geachtet und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr zugesagt, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten: das Bad hätte grösser sein können und die Handtücher waren etwas kratzig. Nicht gefallen hat uns der Strand in Ipsos, aber da wir einen Mietwagen hatten war eigentlich das kein Problem.

Struttura nuova molto carina con poche camere grandi pulite e nuove ( forse ancora un po’ spoglie). Spazi comuni magnifici sopratutto la piscina. Parcheggio grande e molto silenzio. Colazione ottima e personale gentilissimo

Rendere le camere più accoglienti e caratteristiche.

First, this resort was just phenomenal as far aesthetics around the grounds. Impeccably clean and well maintained. The gardens and the pool were just beautiful! The room was clean. The breakfast was amazing! Great variety and freshness to the foods they offered. The general staff was always friendly and ready to assist. They were fast to clean up tables at breakfast and the pool area when people came and went. I very much appreciated that the hotel manager quickly sorted out the issue of a clogged shower on our first day! Fresh freddo cappuccinos were offered to us everyday free of charge! That was a nice surprise. :) overall this place was just so lovely. It was quiet considering how close it is to the Main Street with a very happening nightlife.

I did not like that the shower was clogged. It was so clogged that the shower flooded within less than 30 seconds. I figured this would have been caught by the cleaning staff when they cleaned the shower. The bath towels were extremely rough. They almost felt like the towels left in rooms as bath mats. They were also raggedy with unraveling seams. Also the staff didn’t really have any real recommendations for restaurants when we asked them on the first day other than offering up the nearby hotel.
