Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Wszystko było czyste a obsługa miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, samo centrum Bacalar. Dodatkowo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Mieliśmy problem z dronem a personel interesował się i pomagał nam rozwiązać problem. Jeśli w przyszłości będziemy w Bacalar to na pewno wrócimy.

Es un lugar feo, el baño no servia y nos dieron una cubeta, esa fue la solucion, también se rompió un tubo y no hubo agua un par de horas

Great place - own apartment in the family room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. A fine stay. It is next to two bars so if you are noise sensitive be aware. Some drinking water provided which is always nice !

Its proximity to the centre means more noise. That is not the hostels fault. Beds are a little lumpy but fine.

Great location right on the main square making it easy to get around everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big dining area and kitchen. Good storage in rooms. Cold and hot drinking water always available from dispenser in kitchen

Unfortunately the noise from the square is so loud in the rooms until midnight and sometimes later. Not hotels fault but equally could really do with double glazing on windows. It meant we slept terribly every night we stayed there. Door locks also didn't seem very secure, even though it's a safe area, and the main door was often left open which goes directly onto the main square.
