Space and the layout

Was not clean, mould in the fridge, 4 single cover sheets for 8 guests, microwave was not working, air conditioning was very hard to operate, water flow was extremely low in the upper level washrooms, spiders and beehive in the bathrooms.

The villa was amazing, spacious, beautiful and clean

Its huge and spacious.

Very bad facilities. There are only 3 bedrooms with ac. The one without ac has no properly working fan. They don't maintain the house water connection or motor facility. Stay in this apartment caused lot of troubles and delays. It is not at all worth the cost u pay. Not a single fan capacitor is working properly in any of the rooms. Also, when it comes to location, if u have personal vehicle, then it's fine. or else its again hectic.

Most comfortable stay, kindness approach.

The stay was so comfortable and it gave a homely feeling. The host was always available to guide with any help with the stay. The villa is also located in a safe community so overall it’s very much recommended to stay here .

Everything was good

Its a lovely and beautiful villa and me and my friends had a wonderful time here. 3 of the bedrooms are air conditioned and extremely comfortable with attached bathrooms.The kitchen is full of all necessary things to cook for oneself including stove, kettle, vessels, plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge, water purifier etc. There is a spacious parking enough for a large suv. I really enjoyed the little features of traditional kerala architecture in the house, all the wooden features, the beautiful ornate lock on the door etc. There are plenty of places on the property to sit and relax in. The location is quite good as well, easy to drive from here to Kannur as well as to Thalassery. Best part is that Sunil is a great and cordial host who is always available to answers questions or help with doubts. Value for money wise there is absolutely no competition this place is very affordable and comfort for its price.

The living room, tv room, etc are very nice but they lack AC which is okay but larger ceiling fans in the living rooms will be great. We visited in peak summer so most of our time was spent in the Air Conditioned bedrooms.
