The apartment was well maintained and easy to locate. Also the staff was very supportive and welcoming

More has to be done about the reception area. It is very poor, they could not even issue a receipt. Imagine! No computer to keep records of bookings, guests etc. The guy has to call the owner for everything and you have to until he confirms. Lastly, a lot has to be done with the process of refunding the deposit, it took over an hour of waiting to contact the owner to process the refund. This is very poor, they need a better management system. Lastly, I expected provision of basics like at least toilet paper/ tissue paper in the room but none was provided even after asking.

Falsely advertised as 24-hour electricity There are only 3 irrelevant tv channels on the tv There is no Netflix as falsely advertised No proper towels and requests to replace were disregarded Landlord was not helpful despite several complaints

The apartment is comfortable, neat and worth the fee. The facility manager, Mr Edwin and on the ground staff, Mr Samuel are very responsive.

It will be an added advantage if small waste bin can be provided in all the rooms. This helps your guest keeps their space tidy. I was forced to improvise a plastic bag in my room as a waste bin. The only available bin is in the kitchen.

The location was secure and central.

Bathroom wasn't clean.

It was just like being home, they had the right facilities and Samuel the house keeper and the gateman were very nice and helpful.Especially Samuel.
