THE MANSION - 2 PAX SOLO BUDGET Room near AIRPORT TERMINAL

Very friendly and helpfull owners who will help you with any questions you have. We even got an free room upgrade and could check in early with was really nice after a long flight. Spacious living area with good facilities. Keep in mind that only the bedroom has ac and not the living room but this was for us not really a problem

All was good, only finding the location was a bit difficult for us. Luckily the people in this neighborhood are friendly and did help us with this.

Location was okay, not so far from the airport.

It is bad that everything is additional fee like using fridge, taking some water from the tank. There is no shower gel, no shampoo. You feel like you are stranger there and you should not touch anything, you can't even took your slippers to the room. The guy told that we will sleep alone in this room and it is normal when you book private room, but he told that we are lucky to be there alone.. so I am confused

Tony is very accommodating and has a good customer service skills. AC is really cold and has a nice pillow.

I booked a room with double bed, but when we arrived we were assigned to a 6bunk beds room with a very small space as a 6bunk beds were fit in a room were 4 bunk beds should only fit to get enough space to move comfortably. I was assigned to this room which is different to what I booked because as per Tony the one I booked was not available due to some leaks due of heavy rain. I hope they remove the room availability if it weren’t ready for guess to occupy.

I loved the area, local with amazing people and playful children. The real Philippines. And even if impressing at the beginning, totally safe at any time. The owners are amazing people always willing to help.

Everything was perfect.

Good, clean establishment, close to the airport, 20-minute walk. Towels available. The owner was very nice, there were cute dogs that don't approach you and they're not noisy. The neighborhood is nice, very local, people are very friendly and smiling!
