Guest house on Gillian Unit 3

Place was clean . Parking were enough Place is oky

Water was cold in the morning. Staff were too noisy. Tip envelop ,tip supposed to voluntarily why they put an envelope and the staff reminded me about it when i was arrived and when i left as it was a must the owner should pay their staff because i also pay my stay.

There was no breakfast included.

There were other guests onsite who were noisy past 4am in the morning. They were drinking and shouting and I couldn't do anything about it. I was on a work trip so this didn't workout well.

Unit 3 was good value and comfortable but unfortunately the toilet was blocked and we were moved to another unit which was not as spacious and there were no facilities for self catering as no sink or anywhere to prepare something to eat.

Being moved would have been acceptable if the room had the same facilities for self catering unfortunately this was not the case. The fact that there was no cupboard to put our clothes or sink to place dirty dishes or surface to prepare even breakfast let alone a meal.

Location was suitable for our purpose.

The TV wasn't working

Staff was very helpful, place was decent

The bar of soap was too small, no toothpaste, luckily we had backup.

The place is good and very quiet and it's a good place to stay

There was no caretaker at all. The toilet was leaking There were more cold water then hot water No one was cleaning our room but they cleaned the other rooms
