Stunning City Centre Water VIews 2 Bed 2 Bath FREE PARKING

The flat itself was excellent, it was clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The flat is well positioned if you're just there for a city stay, it's close to the Royal Almonry, the river and the Kirkgate area of the city. It overlooks the old Clarence dock which is now used as an events and water sports area. There is an excellent well stocked Tesco Express just round the corner and close to cafes and restaurants if you don't want to go far. The flat also comes with free parking in the Citipark multi storey just round the corner with good provision for disabled parking close to the lifts, although f parking bay, but you're not guaranteed a parking space.

The flat was very clean, but we had to clean three saucepans that still had food residue in them, we didn't feel the need to complain as it was obviously from previous occupants and just gave them a scrub as everything else was spotless. Due to the flats position it gets very little sunshine out on the balcony, although with the heat it did leave the flat nice and cool, the balcony is only supported with decking type flooring which if you're of a nervous disposition you won't want to use! It is also beginning to look a little tired in areas. The flat could come with a set of instructions, on using things like towel rail, washing machine, microwave although we did work it out ourselves, it would have been nice to have some instructions and telephone numbers of local amenities and services. If you're just staying in the city centre the flat is in an excellent position, but if you're touring the area's abundant historical sites, you need a good satnav to use the cities roads, much of it a one way system which can be a pain to get around on at times if you're not use to those sorts of roads. These are just observations and our opinions and in no way reflect the excellent flat, we had a lovely stay and would use again if we were just looking for a short city break.

Location was excellent. Lovely apartment, very clean, great view. Good communication from the owner and free parking was a real bonus. Lovely to find milk in the fridge on arrival so we could have a cuppa!

A couple of bits in the kitchen missing......eg a whisk, dish/tray/pan for in the oven, drainer. Photos showed different sofa, chairs, beds & kitchen to the actual items there, and we planned to sit on the balcony, but the table/chairs shown were not there.

Really great location! Clean and plenty of space. Everything you could reasonably need including washer-dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer.

Sofa was not the most comfortable, and the cushions were prone to sliding off. Would have like a shelf in the shower, and maybe a non-slip mat.

Warm, quiet, well furnished modern apartment located in Leeds Dock with good views of the Dock from living room and balcony. Convenient for free parking, groceries, coffee and 10 minute walk from city centre along and over River Aire. Ideal for a long weekend. Good communications with owner. Milk, tea, toiletries etc all provided.

Walk in shower would have been nice

Nice apartment with good views of Leeds dock from the balcony. Easy walking distance into the city centre. Good to have a Tesco express & coffee shops on the doorstep.

Some of the fixtures are getting a bit old though it all worked. The complex can be noisy at times.

The apartment was great but is very noisy at night due to its location. As there are no fans or AC, you need to keep the doors open on warm evenings. This was a problem with the noise and little air flow.

The apartment was impeccable and the host was the most welcoming i have had in Leeds. Even left chocolate and bought fresh milk in the fridge which was a touching gesture.
