The Customer Service Manager was responsive and willing to try resolving problem. Unlike the Co-ordinator (the lady who was originally liaising the matter)

It was a big disappointment. We are a group of 8, including old people and young kids. I received the message in the morning of the check in date that the water pipe in the house we originally booked was broken down. We got no choice but accepted another house which was one bedroom and one toilet less. (they offered some refund after negotiation) So, we were end up living in a house that two of us needed to stay on sofa bed, which also means our group of people did not have a TV room to hang out together. The toilet door lock was broken, you can't lock the door when shower. The backyard lawn was 5 cm tall at least. The washing machine was so loud in using that no one could talk.

We liked the house very much, it was quiet and spacious. Very clean, good location. Everithing we needed was there, including washing machine and dishwasher. We didn't use it, but it's nice to have it.

Cleanliness, comfortable amenities, convenient location, parking. If you're looking for a relaxing retreat that offers everything you need, this house is an excellent choice. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit.
