"Bad"

The listing is NOT supposed to be from Booking. The property owner said that she never hosted her house through booking.com. We came to the house and was not able to call the owner. We waited and she texted us so we called booking.com to cancel the booking and refund us. We got the refund back but it was totally a disaster because it was a family trip.
