El alojamiento está muy bien, limpio y es muy moderno. Además es muy muy amplio y grande. La terraza es gigante. Todos los muebles y los baños son bastante modernos y están muy bien para ir en grupo. La urbanización tiene una piscina que está superbién con campa. Está bastante lejos de Puerto Banús y lo que es Marbella, está bastante apartado. Si o si hace falta coche, si vas a coger este alojamiento. Nosotras íbamos con coche y no nos importó.

El propietario no te contesta ni queriendo. No coge el teléfono nunca. No coge el teléfono ni en horario de atención ni nada. En ningún momento tratas personalmente con el anfitrión. Para coger las llaves. Tienes que hacer literalmente una gincana y un Escape Room. Está bastante mal gestionado en este sentido la recogida de las llaves y el checking del apartamento. Sería bastante más fácil quedar con el anfitrión en persona y que te explique todo y que te dé las llaves. Además no nos dió las llaves del la puerta del portal y una noche que estaba cerrada esa puerta no teníamos manera de entrar. Estuvimos apunto de llamar a la policía porque los vecinos que timbramos nos decían que no nos abrían la puerta hasta que al final una vecina bajó y nos abrió la puerta de malas maneras. Después de comunicársela al anfitrión , este nos dijo que nosotras habíamos pedido perdido la llave cuando no lo habíamos perdido, porque ningún momento la tuvimos. Creo que tendría que mejorar bastante la atención al cliente. Además de esto te pone que tiene parking en el apartamento, pero luego cuando le vas a pedir la llave del garaje te dice que solamente entra un mini o un Fiat 500. Creo que eso debería indicarse antes aunque sí que es verdad que se puede aparcar fuera de mala manera, subido a la acera, pero no te multan.

Really disappointed with this property provider. I don't usually do such lengthy reviews but this experience really was disappointing. Where do I start? When arriving at the property we weren't given an introduction by our host but were met by a friendly cleaning lady who simply gave us the keys and did not show us around the property. I requested the reccomended check-in but was told by our host that we had to have a late one which seemed strange but once we got to the property we understood why. He stated that the apartment would be ready for 16:00 hence the late check-in, but when we arrived at 16:30 the cleaning lady was still cleaning the apartment. The apartment was far from clean as all rooms were ant infested. Seeing ants in the kitchen was bearable but to find them all over the apartment such as on the living room sofa was uncomfortable and itchy. The lights in double bedroom and the connecting bathroom did not work and when using the air con there was an extremely bad odour. The weather was hot during our stay so we had to firm bad smells from the air vent during the night. I informed our host but he was unresponsive to address our concerns. The security in the apartment wasn't secure. The locks on the balcony door and  bedroom window didn't seem to work but then again we weren't given an introduction on how to properly lock the doors. The description of the nearby locations was very misleading with the "nearest" beach being a 40min walk away and your "nearest" shop being an Aldi, was a 25min walk. To access the bus stop into Marbella Old Town and the Centre  the walk is mostly unsafe for pedestrians as you're walking on and around the dual-carriage way. The nearest  bus stop pulls up  mid-way of the dual-carriage way, so to speak, you'll need a car because we had to uber it EVERYWHERE. There were some positives such as the apartment was spacious and the balcony had comfortable seating with promised views.

The location is absolutely perfect. The area is elevated with a very nice sea view / plantation.

I can't even put any! Just perfect.

A well equipped and cozy apartment in a quiet residential area. We had a wonderful time there with our family and will definitely consider coming back.
