The same day of the booking I got contacted by the owner via WhatsApp saying there is been an overbooking and he couldn’t host us. He never sent any details or information regarding the check in. I was asked by the owner to cancel my booking several times, even though it was a non refundable booking and the overbooking had nothing to do with me. He didn’t solve the situation and continue asking me to cancel the booking last minute. We are still waiting to get our money back from booking, since we couldn’t get to the room and had to find somewhere last minute to sleep for the night. It’s a shame what happened, since its our first time in America and this is the first thing that happened to us. We hope this won’t happen to anyone else, that it was a one big mistake and not just a regular scam.

It was modern bathroom, very clean, he changed towels everyday, also for the coffee machine. The host was very friendly, quickly responsive. He gave us very clearly informations for the entrance.
