Poor and rude behaviour of caretaker
INLocality, food places are very nearby.
In room the lights are very high lumens nd there is no normal light, switches are not easy to identify which is for light nd fan When you try to open door it gets stuck nd other person's from outside need to push to get Washroom door open. Wash room is very slippery, jet spray is leaking continuously. Elderly people can slip easily. Pls maintain it properly.

INThey cancelled our room without even telling us. The supervisor mentioned that customers should confirm the booking with the hotel personally after the booking.com. This is ridiculous and first time I'm hearing something like this. It is the hotel's responsibility to check with customers on the confirmation first. Because of them we had to change our plans. Worst management!!
INCar Parking was the only constraints although there were space to park on the street outside the property. The Plumping pipelines and bathrooms fixtures were broken, would be better if these were fixed and easy to access.
