ININNothing, there is absolutely nothing that you may like it.
There is absolute no privacy, Hall and Kitchen are shared but watchman has to be educated not to enter anyone's room without knocking. Doesn't bother even if a lady is bathing. Owner is not at all co-operative, Checkout time is 12pm and watchman knocks the door at 6.45am asking to check out at 8.30am as other guests are coming. Once you book the room, do the payment, owner collects tax from you and cancels the booking. AC is leaking from 2nd floor's bedroom and you are asked to sleep in hall without bedsheet which is absolute rubbish. You are paying almost 3000 INR for a single room just to sleep as most of the time we will be in temple, at night you are forced to sleep in hall with no proper bed, bedsheet and mosquitos all around and watchman surprises you at 6.45am to checkout the room.

Everything. There is nothing a person will like. No privacy, watchman will enter your room even if ladies are bathing, because it is his father's property. Owner will collect tax and GST amount also, once you checkout, he will cancel the booking and give you no invoice. Your checkout time is 12 but in morning 6.45am, the watchman will come and say you need to checkout at 8-8.30am as other guests are coming AC has leakage and hence you are forced to sleep in hall with no bedsheet and mosquitos Worst part, doors will not get locked, and hall/kitchen is shared among all visitors. Anyone can enter any room without permission the way watchman does. Safety and security is absolutely worst as you are not supposed to lock the main door of hall as it is common among all guests and no bedroom can be locked as they are broken. In short, absolutely rubbish place to stay.
