The location to the centre of the small city Barletta. Comfortable bed, clean room & amenities.

It was a little difficult to find using the car’s GPS, but we found it eventually.

The apartment is charming and equipped with everything you could want; location is unbeatable. A decent Italian breakfast is provided at a nearby bar. Communicating with the host is a pleasure; check-in and check-out are a breeze. You get much more than you pay for!

Let's start with the good The room is nice , it is located in a great historical part of the city , it is as described and a lovely studio not an apartment.

Let's start with the attitude of the owner which is kind of aggressive from the start of the reservation and then star asking me to rate him 10 ... The description is very misleading He said free parking , THERE IS NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THIS PROPERTY! If people are driving they will look for a street parking and on weekends and in season will be impossible to find. Then he advertised breakfast which was not a breakfast it is a croissant and coffee in a coffee shop located 300m away from the studio and while this is a very nice gesture, it is a breakfast at the property. The owner is zero hospitality oriented.

The apartment is in Barletta's historical center, close to all attractions and 5 minutes to the beach. The apartment is brand new renovated with all modern facilities and tasty decoration in the historical building. Great location: walking distance to the restaurants, historical monuments and to the beach, 20 min to Trani and an hour to Bari. If you want to stay in a Barlett, you do not need a car and can enjoy the local atmosphere each evening. The breakfast is included and offered at the local cafe managed by a charming owner. The apartment owner is very helpful and reactive. We had a great time!

We loved everything about it - the location, decoration, breakfast in a nearby cafe. The young man who met us at arrival was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
