The facilities need to upgrade or change...too old

The shopping mall downstairs is more convenient.

This is the worst-conditioned homestay I've ever stayed in: there was only a broken gas stove in the room, no pots or pans, nor a microwave oven. The ceiling fan was covered with black mold and the walls were full of dust. The cleanliness of the toilet was beyond description. There was only shampoo but no body wash. In a word, it was really terrible.

Location is fine. Entrance to the unit is right in front of the lift. Shops downstairs.

We had to load our luggages at the foyer and the car cannot park too long. Those with babies or kids may be a challenge to have everyone waiting with the luggages and someone has to repark the car and then come back to get the family to upstairs to get the keys for check in. Spider web in the hall, kitchen, bedroom. No cooking pan. Floor also not really clean I had to sweep and mop when arrived.

It was a good stay. The unit is very clean. Everything in the house is also very clean. There is a water filter for drinking. The host is responsive. Easy access to the mall. Overall is great. Very recommended.
