May be house policy should be revisited, some visitors have flights arriving as early as 05:00am, yet check in can only be done at 14:00am

Apartment is spacious and equipped with necessities

The apartment had the murky smell of an unused, uncleaned property. The bed had a drawer stuffed with a dirty comforter. I had to wash the bathroom mats because they were filthy. Kitchen towels were equally filthy. The apartment had cobwebs running along the stairs from the entrance and all around the apartment spaces. The restaurant on the property did not open on time once during my stay so no way to have a morning cup of tea/coffee to start off your day. Definitely not worth the $95/day

The studio is nicely furnished and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The studio has a separate entrance, but belongs to „Beaufort Ridge properties“ so amenities like pool and gym can be used and there is small restaurant also. The caretaker Daniel was very friendly, professional and available to support with any questions and queries. Will definitely be back.

Please consider the fine print regarding pricing when booking. Due to currency changes the euro price given on booking.com deviated a bit from the actual price.
